We encourage all ASR sisters to stay at the designated hotel reserved by National Board.  National Board has reserved a block of rooms at the designated hotel under 'ASR' that have a special rate during National Convention weekend.  The hotel will be the initial meeting spot for all convention events..  The hotel will be nearby all our sisterhood event venues. This year National Board has chosen to have National Convention at Comfort Inn & Suites in Austin, Texas.

The contract rate per double room per night for the weekend of May 28-31, 2010 will be $59 before taxes and fees. Each room can fit up 4 individuals.  There are 2 full size beds and 1 sofa.  To reserve your room at Comfort Inn & Suites, you will need to call the hotel and say that you are with the "Alpha Sigma Rho Group" and you will be honored the $59 room rate per night plus taxes and fees.  You could also reserve the room upon your arrival at the hotel.  Comfort Inn & Suites provides free continental buffet breakfast for all guests staying at the hotel.
